There is much to be done but it doesn’t all have to be done today. The things I do to ensure I am progressing is to keep a task list and a calendar. Both of these are in step with my goals.
How do you eat an elephant? “One bite at a time.”
Doing this keeps me from being overwhelmed and getting frustrated. I also have built in rewards that keep me going. One of them is to prepare one of my favorite meals upon the accomplishment of a certain goal or set of tasks.
There is a lot going on, all the time, but the one and only thing I can control is me. I read a book that talked about making agreements with yourself.

1. Be impeccable with your words.
2. Never take anything personally.
3. Never assume.
4. Do your best.
